Oyelab Software Products

Oyelab software products are not for resale. Buyers can use them on one or multiple domains/websites, depending on the package purchased.

Notice to End User

This End User License Agreement (EULA) is a contract between you (an individual or a single entity) and Oyelab. It covers your use of the Oyelab software and associated components, like media, printed materials, and online or electronic documentation.

A software license issued by Oyelab or its authorized agents is required to use the software. If you disagree with our EULA’s terms, do not purchase, install, or use Oyelab’s software. By accepting this EULA or using the software, you agree to the following terms:

License Grant

Software Product License: The license allows a designated user to install and use the software on multiple websites/domains. You cannot modify or create copies of the license.

License Rights: Oyelab grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the software on multiple websites/domains. You cannot modify or create copies of the software. All other rights are retained by Oyelab.

Backup Copies: You can make copies of the software for backup or archival purposes. 

Intellectual Property Rights

The software is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. 

You are not authorized to delete or update copyright notices on the software. Only Oyelab has the right to sell the software, third parties cannot sell it.

No Transfer of Rights

You cannot rent, lease, lend, distribute, or transfer rights to the software without written approval from Oyelab and agreement from the recipient to the terms of this EULA.

Restrictions

You cannot reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software, except where allowed by law.

Support Services

Oyelab may provide support services, governed by their policies and documentation. Any supplemental software or materials provided as part of support services are subject to this EULA. Oyelab may use the technical information you provide for its business purposes.

Exclusions from Support

Oyelab is responsible for app changes, updates, and enhancements. This EULA does not cover version upgrades for Android/iOS apps. Oyelab may terminate support services without notice. Customization services can be availed at an additional cost.

Business Practices

By reading this EULA, you agree that your business practices will:

• Not harm Oyelab’s reputation.
• Not use deceptive or unethical practices.
• Not make warranties or guarantees on behalf of Oyelab.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Respect Oyelab’s intellectual property rights.

You cannot advertise or suggest that your services are provided, sponsored, or associated with Oyelab without permission.

Termination

Oyelab has the right to terminate this End User License Agreement (EULA) if you do not follow the terms and conditions outlined in the agreement. This means that if you violate any of the rules or requirements set forth in the EULA, Oyelab can immediately revoke your rights to use the software. Once the EULA is terminated, you must stop using the software and either return all copies to Oyelab or destroy them. Upon termination, you must return or destroy all copies of the software.

Refund Policy

No refunds will be given for lack of knowledge of the software’s functionality. Evaluate the software using the demo or trial version before purchase. Ensure your server supports the software requirements. All sales are final. No refunds are given for installation fees or non-product labor costs.

Miscellaneous

• Oyelab reserves the right to reference any website or company using the software in their sales and marketing materials.
• Oyelab may monitor compliance with this EULA and restrict the use of the software for non-compliance.
• If installation service is not required, the product is usually delivered by email within 24 hours after order receipt.
• Due to high demand, allow up to 2 business days for paid installation service after receiving required server information.
• Oyelab reserves the right to request legal documents for fraud verification and cancel orders if documents are not provided.
• Oyelab is not responsible for fraudulent payments. Once payment is received, no refunds will be given for fraudulent card activities.

No Warranties

The software is provided “as is.” Oyelab and its suppliers make no warranties regarding its use or performance. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oyelab disclaims all implied warranties and conditions, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

Oyelab and its suppliers are not liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages after the product is handed over to you. Oyelab’s total liability is limited to the amount paid for the software.

Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of India. This document represents the complete and final agreement between both parties involved. It includes all the terms and conditions that have been agreed upon, and it supersedes any prior agreements, discussions, or understandings, whether written or oral. No other promises, statements, or representations made by either party outside of this document will be considered legally binding.  Verbal agreements or representations do not affect the terms of this EULA.

No Contact Agreement

Communications regarding transactions, requests for additional information, or hiring/contacting Oyelab employees without permission are prohibited and subject to legal action.
