Free Installation
After your purchase, we’ll install the script on your server at no extra cost. Just provide your server credentials.
Free Submission
We will submit your apps to both platforms the App Store and Play Store. You need to provide your developer accounts, logo, and banner image.
Free Bug Support
We aim to deliver high-quality, bug-free products. If you encounter any critical bugs, we’ll fix them immediately at no additional cost. Future updates will also address these issues.
App Rejection Support
We’ll ensure your app doesn’t get rejected for technical reasons. If it does get rejected, we’ll help you get it approved without further rejections.
Free 3rd Party Configuration Support
Our team will assist you with setting up accounts on third-party sites like SMS gateways, payment gateways, and servers based on your product package. Note that this support doesn’t cover local machine configurations and is void if you or your team makes customizations.
Free White Labeling
Your logo and company name will replace our product name everywhere in the product.
Support Extension
If you want to extend your support period after the free period ends, it will cost extra. Product updates won’t be provided if your support period ends. For more details, contact grow@oyelabs.com.
