At Oyelabs, our solutions are offered in the form of solution codes, and it’s essential to understand the terms regarding returns and refunds:
Free Offerings
- Rebranding of Solution: We provide the option to rebrand the solution to align with your unique branding and vision.
- Deployment on Server: We assist in deploying the solution on your server to ensure its seamless functionality.
- Compiling and Publishing on Stores: If applicable, we help compile and publish the solution on the relevant app stores.
It’s important to note that once the responsibility for your purchase is assumed, we do not issue refunds. We offer free custom-coded solutions, which are not eligible for refunds or returns. Once payment is received, we dispatch the source code to the customer.
- Non-Returnable Items: In addition to our solution codes, the following items are also non-returnable:
- Add-ons Purchased: Any add-on services that you purchase in conjunction with the solution.
- Hosting Services: Services related to hosting are not eligible for returns.
- SEO Services: Search Engine Optimization services, once initiated, cannot be returned.
We kindly request that you do not send your purchase to anyone else. Your purchase is intended solely for your use.
Refund Policy Overview
Our refund policy is straightforward: if we fail to deliver the agreed-upon solution, we will initiate a refund. However, refunds may not be granted in cases where a request extends beyond the scope of the original proposal or invoice. Additionally, if you, as the customer, fail to comply with the terms outlined in the proposal or invoice, this could impact the refund eligibility.
Acceptance of Oyelabs’s Refund Policy
You need to be aware of our refund policy before making any purchases. By placing an order for any of our products, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to our refund policy. This means you accept all the terms and conditions outlined in the policy.
If you do not agree with or fully accept our refund policy, we ask that you do not place an order with us. Your understanding and acceptance of the policy are necessary for any transaction.

Policy Modifications
We have the right to change our policy at any time with the approval of the Oyelabs directors. If a complaint has already been submitted under the current policy, the version in effect at that time will apply until the dispute is resolved. Otherwise, all changes to the policy will apply to you.
If you disagree with any changes to the policy, your only option is to cancel your purchase with us. However, you will not be entitled to a refund of any fees you have paid.
